We're Tommaso and Luca, two cousins from Italy who grew up with olive oil at the center of everything. Not as a pantry staple or a cooking ingredient, but as the thing that made a simple meal feel like a celebration.
Tommaso comes from a family with generations of olive oil production in Tuscany. He knows the harvest, the press, and the difference between oil that's made with care and oil that's made to cut corners. Luca brings the obsession with getting it right at the table and getting it into the hands of people who deserve better than what the grocery store offers.
